By using this website or placing an order with The Party Genie Limited via the website, telephone or post, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, please ensure you read these carefully.
Occasionally, we may make changes to these Terms and Conditions without notice to you. These changes will apply to any subsequent orders.
Purchase of Products
Once you have placed an order and full payment has been received, The Party Genie Limited and yourself (“the customer”) have entered into a binding contract based on these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
Product Information
We have made every effort to ensure that the products and descriptions shown on our website are correct at the time of being entered onto our system. We reserve the right to cancel orders where product imagery or information has been incorrectly published.
All product sizes quoted are approximate.
Products are subject to change at any time, without notice.
Occasionally a product may become out of stock, in the unlikely event of this situation occurring, The Party Genie will contact you as soon as possible and offer you a choice, wherever possible, of the following options, either:
A new delivery date for the out of stock product. No additional delivery charge would be made for this.
Or, an alternative item.
Or, a refund for the out of stock product(s)
Pricing
All prices are in £ Sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate where appropriate.
Prices shown exclude delivery charges.

We have made every effort to ensure that the prices shown on our website are correct at the time of being entered onto our system. We reserve the right to cancel orders where prices have been incorrectly published.
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Solo Cards.
On receipt of an order, your card payment will be processed and debited from your account. All card transactions are processed by the secure gateway PROTX. In the event of your card being refused The Party Genie Limited is not liable for non delivery or delay.
The Party Genie Limited does not hold credit/debit cards details, so you will need to re-key these each time you place an order.
We also accept payment by cheques drawn on a UK bank account for orders placed by telephone or post. Please remember to allow additional time for your cheque to clear before your goods will be despatched to ensure your products reach you in time for your party. Cheques are payable to ‘The Party Genie Limited’.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return any unwanted products which are not damaged or faulty, please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt. We will then contact you to arrange either a refund or replacement product(s). You will need to return the product(s) to us in the brand new condition, with the same unopened packaging you received them in. The Party Genie Limited reserves the right to have the product(s) returned before a refund or exchange is given. The Party Genie Limited cannot accept products which have been opened or used.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us in the above condition. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method eg. Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for products lost in transit.
Damaged/Faulty Products
If you receive any products which are damaged or faulty, please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt of the products. We will then contact you to arrange either a refund or replacement product(s) to be sent. You will need to return the faulty product(s) to us in the original packaging. The Party Genie Limited reserves the right to have the damaged goods returned before a refund or exchange is given. We will also refund you with the cost of returning the faulty product(s) to us.
Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. To do this you must provide us with written confirmation either by post or email within 7 working days, commencing from the day after you received delivery of your products. Provided you return the products to us in the brand new condition, in the same unopened packaging you received them in, we will refund you the cost of the products within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the order to us in the above condition. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method eg. Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Toy Safety
All the toys on The Party Genie website conform to the European Toy Safety Regulations and carry the CE mark and age guide where required. All small party bag toys are considered as unsuitable for children under 3 years, due to small parts. Adult supervision is required for children under 3 using any of the party products due to the packaging and any small parts.
Balloon Safety
Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under the age of 8.

All information including text, logos, graphics, buttons, icons, computer coding and imagery published on The Party Genie website are copyright of The Party Genie Limited.
The unauthorised use of any material including the storage, production, modification, distribution or republication of any part of this website, is prohibited without express written consent from The Party Genie Limited or where applicable the respective copyright owners.
The Party Genie and any trade names, service or trade marks of The Party Genie Limited may not be used without express written consent from The Party Genie Limited.
Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales |
